Out of state residents CAN purchase firearms here: We can and do sell all makes and types of firearms to out of state residents. We are required by Federal Law to transfer out of state gun sales through a federally licensed dealer (FFL Holder) of your choice. We will need a copy of your local dealers FFL, signed in ink, for our records before we can ship. It is normal for the receiving (FFL holder) dealer to charge a transfer fee to cover his required paper work costs: usually $30 - $75. The savings we can offer you on your gun purchases will almost always offset any transfer fees.

We can ship direct to you without any problem. (Powder and Primer components excluded.)
