Gun Sales:

Out of state residents CAN purchase firearms here: We can and do sell all makes and types of firearms to out of state residents. We are required by Federal Law to transfer out of state gun sales through a federally licensed dealer (FFL Holder) of your choice. We will need a copy of your local dealers FFL, signed in ink, for our records before we can ship. It is normal for the receiving (FFL holder) dealer to charge a transfer fee to cover his required paper work costs: usually $40 - $75. The savings we can offer you on your gun purchases will almost always offset any transfer fees.

All Other Merchandise:

We can ship direct to you without any problem. (Powder and Primer components excluded.)
